Yes, we do have availability year round! The barn has both air-conditioning for the warm summer months and heating for the cold winter months! You and your guests will be very comfortable whatever time of the year you have your event here.

We actually have an indoor ceremony space that is located on the main ground level of the barn. Your outdoor ceremony can be easily and quickly moved indoors in the case of inclement weather.

The Nutt Farm was built by the Nutt family in the 1940's. It was in their family for over 70 years as a cattle/dairy farm and barn, before it was developed into an event venue. This barn, and it's surroundings, is not only loved and adored by all the guests who visit it, but it is a staple in the Ravenna community.

We do not require that law enforcement be present during your event, but we do require that you purchase event liability insurance (with host liquor liability if you are providing alcohol). This can be purchased online for a nominal cost. Once you book, we can send you the links to purchase this coverage.

While it is not a full functioning farm anymore, there are 3 very friendly donkeys still a part of the North Meadow Farm family. You can visit them and say hi, if they are out in their field/fenced area, and they will be happy to let you pet them as long as you would like. There are no other animals currently on the farm besides the donkeys.
